But a federal district judge ruled the statements were just the ladies opinions and that no one would mistake them as facts or the truth in this matter.  The judge also noted that Matthew couldn’t point to a single business relationship of his that was damaged by the two ladies who filed this suit. The 2 women will are due to hold a large news conference at 11:30 today with their lawyer Gloria Allred to discuss their victory in the courts.
